Christian Bale playing John Connor , not Kyle Reese

After much speculation and word that Christian Bale will not be integrated to play John Connor, but rather a different Vacker in a coma ... Hollywood Reporter now says that he is John Connor. Good casting choice if you ask me. Anthon Yelchin is in talks to star Kyle Reese as John 's father.



The movie will be based in the future and integration around John Connor, instead it will apparently developed on a tough guy mercenary activities such as waking up from a coma and to try to survive the war.

Terminator 4 : Its not about John Connor

IGN has some updates, but only those who are really interested in me, the fact that this film is not about John Conners. It would seem based on sound, if John is an old man and war is under way. For me, I am disappointed. I hope John Conner, perhaps 5 years after left T3.

We already know that Nick Stahl and Claire Danes, are not yet for the film. She told the Sci-Fi a year or so before. Nick spills the beans too, that the action would be taken to turn the base and into the future, we just didn't take is. Quote:

Ralph Moeller the next Terminator ?

New news coming in from our sources at Bild.

According to Bild, Ralph Moeller is in talks of portraying the Terminator in the next sequel.

Ralph Moeller is well know for his muscle packed body, from playing "Conan" for the same titled TV-series. He also had roles in "Universal Soldier", "Gladiator" and "The Scorpion King".

He said, that the negotiations started and he will meet Jonathan Mostow (director of "Terminator3: Rise of the Machines") soon.

The producers still hope to get Arnold Schwarzenegger for a guest-appearence.

Ralph Moeller is a former Mr. Universe, who was also the German Bodybuilding Champion of the International Federation of Body Builders, a champion boxer and worked as a professional swimmer for seven years.

Is Arnold going to come back in Terminator 4 ?

If you actually study the demographics of the audience you will come to know that USP of Terminator has been Arnold Schwarzenegger. Probably. It'll be the only thing that sells the film to a lot of people, and more than possibly the only thing about the film actually worth seeing.

As far as we know, Arnold sold his digital likeness to the franchise. So he might. Thats still a mystery unrevealed by the cast and crew.




But then again, we cant underestimate the fact that Roland Kickinger wont be succeeding him as a Terminator. He is also an excellent choice. Lets see what in store for us :)

Would Terminator Salvation make sense if you dint watch the prequels?

A movie's great accomplishment is that it should stand on it's own and not need the viewer to have seen other movies in it's series. We would suggest watching the other Terminator movies not only because it would increase your familiarity with the story but that they are highly entertaining.

Definitely see the others first. In order:

Terminator
Terminator 2 : Judgement Day (all-time scifi classic!)
Terminator 3 : Rise of the Machines

Lots of people hated the last one, but we think it was ok- just not anywhere near the level of the first two, which were great.

You CAN skip the last movie and not really miss anything, after the first two you're all set for Terminator 4: Salvation :)
